What is your return policy?

Due to the cosmetic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return process.

Are your nail polishes and vinyls cruelty-free?

Absolutely! Twinkled T is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals.

My tracking number isn't updating, what should I do?
